ISC SECURITY rests the entire success of its operation on 2 key functions of the company where compromising is not an option. These factors are the Recruitment and Training framework of our operation. While running an operation solely dependent on human's performance in remote locations it is crucial that the company covers its bases by adhering to a strict recruitment procedure which collects and verifies prospective employee's Education qualification certificates, local authority certificate (GS Certificate), and Police clearance during consideration for employment. During the lead time it takes to obtain the police clearances these prospectives first undergo training at our recruiting premises and then onsite training for prospective client service locations. Only if their performance reaches satisfaction of the sector managers and the police clearance is issued shall they be recruited as employees of the firm.
There is no room for error in implementing electronic security systems and carrying out electrical work at client sites. We make it a priority to only ensure that experienced and qualified engineers and technicians are part of the ISC SECURITY SOLUTIONS team. The electrical engineers we associate our operation must possess a minimum Bsc.Eng qualification and should be registered members of the IESL (Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka) who are accredited to sign on our test certificates on completion of projects. The IT project managers who are in our staff must also possess valid qualifications in various fields of networking and programming. In addition to their present qualifications our firm ensures that the team engages and attends training conduct by our principals of product brands for specific device operational training.
